What you’ll be doing?

● Lead all design efforts in the company, focusing on product design.

● Work closely with the founders, product managers, and engineering team to design product features, shape the product vision. and plan the product roadmap.

● Develop and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints.

● Conduct user research, user testing, and analytics to gather insights and optimize the user experience.

● Manage external design agencies and freelancers as needed, and set the tone for communication and website design.

● A rich portfolio with 4+ years of experience working on B2B SaaS products and data-centric solutions

● Ability to define new design systems and entire solutions from scratch

● Experience working with Figma as well as building advanced Figma Prototypes

● Flexible-minded with an ability to work in a highly dynamic startup environment

● High attention to details

● English – high proficiency
