What you will do:

● Own product features from ideation to launch, ensuring successful delivery and meeting customer needs.

● Proactively engage in customer conversations to gather insights, understand pain points, and needs, translating them into innovative product features.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to define feature requirements and prioritize development efforts.

● Participate in the creation and execution of the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer demands.

● Drive data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging key metrics and analytics to measure product performance and maximize business impact.

● 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products.

● Experience in the Fintech industry and/or financial background is strongly preferred.

● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

● Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.

● Technical background preferred, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively collaborate with engineering teams.

● Expert in designing products that are easy to use and provide a delightful user experience.

● Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
