The role of the Principal Construction Project Manager(PCPM)requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, ability to self-direct, strong background in Data Center design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements and an emphasis on project/construction management, Data Center lease market experience, client representation and project and Project level services.
The PCPM is the Employer’s Representative and is responsible for the delivery of core & shell and tenant improvements for multiple Data Centre projects across the region.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
