Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Engage with the Medical and Scientific Community: Develop relationships with regional and national Vaccines medical and scientific leaders, fostering peer-to-peer exchange of unbiased scientific information through medical education and research projects.
• Scientific and Medical Expertise: Act as a medical ambassador, representing our company in the assigned area. Stay up-to-date on the latest research, clinical data, and competitive product information. Participate as a speaker or discussant in external meetings and scientific conferences.
• Integral part of the National Medical Affairs Team: Contribute to the development of country-specific medical affairs plans, with a focus on implementing assigned projects within the medical plan. Collaborate within the cross-functional field-based company structure.
• Guiding Principles and Practices: Engage in in-depth scientific exchanges, knowledge transfer initiatives, and research. Discussions with healthcare professionals will focus on disease-related topics, scientific presentations, and reporting of scientific results in accordance with regulatory standards.

Prerequisites:

• Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy, or a Life Sciences degree at a PhD level.
• Specialization and/or clinical/research experience in Vaccines or Infectious Diseases.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong scientific knowledge with a focus on clinical research methodology.
• Fluency in Spanish, English and Catalan
• Proactive attitude, passion for the Vaccines therapeutic area, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent teamwork, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer-facing skills and flexibility.
• Ethical standards and business integrity.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time. A valid driving license is required.
