Key Responsibilities: - Channel Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential channel partners in the cyber insurance industry.
- Partnership Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive mutual growth and success.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and performance metrics with channel partners.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the cyber insurance market.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver training, resources, and tools to support channel partners.
- Assist channel partners in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Implement corrective actions and support as needed to ensure channel partner success.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop co-marketing initiatives and campaigns with channel partners.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channel marketing activities.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to align channel activities with overall business goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in channel development activities.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably in the cyber insurance or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the cyber insurance market and related regulatory landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with insurance brokers, agents, or other channel partners in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Certification in business development or sales management.
Base pay: $100,000 - $125,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
