Develop and launch new payment solutions to support Tesla’s evolving business needs
Optimize payment flows by working with external payment providers, card networks, and financial partners to reduce costs and improve transaction efficiency
Collaborate with global product and business teams to drive innovation and tailor payment solutions for different markets
Partner with engineering and UX teams to build scalable, future-proof payment architectures
Define and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business impact
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
Deep expertise in global payment systems, processor integration, card networks, treasury operations, and financial platforms
Strong understanding of the payments industry landscape, including regulations, compliance, and emerging trends
Experience working with full-stack engineering teams to deliver scalable, technical solutions
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a proven ability to drive new initiatives with minimal resources
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
