Key job responsibilities
In this role you will:* Design and maintain efficient data models for analytical and operational purposes, considering scalability, performance, and data integration requirements.
* Build scalable solutions/self-serve platforms that will provide data/KPIs to support business decision making.
* Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: discovery, design, build, test, validation, and documentation.
* Proactively developing new metrics and studies to quantify customer behavior.
* Able to present deep dives and analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
* Document data architectures, pipelines, and processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.About the team

- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- 3+ years experience performing business intelligence or business analyst functions, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
- Experience in SQL
