Scope of Function:

Support and partner with the various Clusters Technology and IT on Service Quality, Strategic and Transformation activities and Safety and Soundness initiatives and remediation programs.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Perform qualification of initiatives which includes strategic initiatives, safety and soundness, cost and process optimization and translate them into requirements.

  • Support Business and Tech Strategy and develop the business case for project and funding approvals.

  • Collaborate with the Project team and support the Project Sponsor to meet critical deliverables of such initiatives.

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the ongoing interlock with Tech to partner them to drive major activities that includes the following:

  • Support and ensure the execution of Sector’s major projects.

  • Support and ensure execute Strategic and Tactical initiatives.

  • Engage in financial discussions including budget planning, forecasting and infrastructure planning for new projects which includes estimation on green and recoveries which span across TI Services.

  • Drive stability and resiliency by partnering with the TI, Production management and application development to ensure that CTI services meet the defined SLA’s and the right level of infrastructure monitoring.

  • Ensure the effectiveness of Service Management functions which includes Major CTI change interlocks, monitoring, performance, and capacity management.

  • Partner with CTI teams and tech teams to drive Safety and Soundness which includes EOVS remediation, GEMS and VTM.

Skills and Experience:

  • > 10 years of working experience in technology industry

  • Min 5 years of experience in supporting relevant products

  • Experience in driving Strategic initiatives

  • 7+ years of experience in Client Service Management

  • Advanced skill level MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and other Data Analysis tools.

  • Strong Presentation skills in MSPowerPoint

  • Exposure to technology industry

  • Experience in Technology, Finance and Business Management

  • Broad knowledge of other functional and technical areas

  • Strong interpersonal Skills and managing senior stakeholders both internal and external

  • Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
