This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.

Serving as a Developer in Global Market and Banking Responsibility include to develop, enhance, modify and/or maintain applications. This developer will be particularly focused on Regulatory reporting changes required in credit trade capture space around CFTC EMIR Mifid and other reporting jurisdictions. Assist Desk/Finance on trading and FO reporting on a daily basis. Formulate and capture requirements in Jira and ensure they are developed and delivered according to agreed goals with users Proficient in Python, Java, OOPS concept, design patterns. Financial knowledge in derivatives is a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills. leadership skills, positive attitude and ability to work under pressure Performing detailed data analysis to proactively identify and resolve issues to comply to rules and regulations. Attention to detail and learn new skills and concepts quickly. Coordinating work across various applications, operations or projects as necessary to maintain or deliver the required business objectives. Support projects depending on role and complexity. Participating in the design, development, reviews and implementation of data warehousing based technology platforms to satisfy business and technology requirements. Providing technology recommendations for designing, implementation, modification or conversion of software application systems. Supporting the process of translating business needs into formal business requirements and corresponding deliverables. Serving as a subject matter expert for various data warehousing and ETL technologies to satisfy multiple requirements across Global Compliance. Implementing the projects and solutions as outlined in the requirements, design and project charter. Provide leadership on projects and guide team members in achieving results for the team

Responsibilities:

• Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
• Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
• Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
• Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
• Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
• Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
• Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
