Responsible for developing and managing engineering and design transfer projects. Interfaces with internal/external customers to ensure organization resource allocation is made. Accountable to deliver the scope of work to the original cost estimate. Manages schedule, budget, and integration of projects, including influencing the projects to meet customer CTQs and hit tollgate milestones. Project is often a component of a program.
Drive total lifecycle value and broaden knowledge of Ultrasound probes to execute strategy

Required Qualifications
BachelorsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical degree
Minimum of 6 years of work experience as an engineer.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience with product development teams with design transfer activities.
Minimum of 3 years of project leadership skills.
Ability and willingness to travel to global manufacturing locations up to 20% of the time.
Desired Characteristics
Demonstrated experience with design, manufacturing, and/or repair of ultrasound probes or transducers.
Demonstrated experience in design verification and manufacturing process development and validation.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Demonstrated experience in technical problem solving.
Demonstrated facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills in driving closure on decisions and issues. Familiarity with ISO, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
Experience with entire product lifecycle of GE HealthCare products.
Experience with GE HealthCare systems such as: MyWorkshop, Oracle, Quality Management System, etc.
Previous work experience with refurbishment programs, remanufacturing, and service activities
