This role is well suited for a self-starting independent thinker who loves solving problems, managing complex projects, and learning new subject matter areas.
In this role you will: - Lead cross functional organization of change management initiatives. - Develop and maintain project tracking. - Monitor and assess compliance with change management approvals and procedures. - Ascertain and document annual compliance program requirements and ongoing obligations upheld to facilitate a comprehensive program framework.- Tracking project progress against the plan, identifying potential issues, and taking necessary actions to address delays or roadblocks. - Communicate project status updates to various project partners, including team members and executives. Synthesize a multitude of issues into a clear, concise and focused message. Present with confidence and brevity.- Engage with compliance teams to evangelize best practices and pursue improvements. Assisting the team with ongoing improvements to the program management processes. - Oversee end-to-end initiatives that require the coordination of multiple teams to reach resolution.
  • 3-5 years of project or change management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience with developing and implementing lifecycle change management processes
  • Experience working with engineers and developers to coordinate SDLC change management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability manage across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with GRC tools and content management platforms, including Auditboard and Wrike, and training delivery platforms
  • Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives
