As anin the Card Agility Office, you understand organizational design and how to promote collaboration and effectiveness. You will help investigate and analyze how the Card organization is performing to identify what Ways of Working improvements need to be made to increase our speed to market. You will help create and work on the backlog of improvement recommendation and help implement these improvements along the dimensions of roles, processes, tools, and governance. In this role, you will partner to design and build Ways of Working Improvement plans with full content and tactical steps including pre-implementation, implementation and post implementation plans and support the iterative delivery of the improvements while also measuring delivery impacts for effectiveness.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead and drive documentation and measurements of Card processes within value chain
- Support the documentation of the value chain (clear map of processes) from ideation to delivery in Card with concrete steps for improved precision in future speed-to-market measurements.
- Support design and development of action plans for speed to market measurements for processes from ideation through to delivery.
- Support the design, development, and communication of Card Standards for processes in the organization while balancing standardization with local autonomy needs.

- Drive delivery of organizational improvement programs for Ways of Working processes from ideation to implementation
- Investigate and analyze how the organization is performing to Identify what Ways of Working improvements need to be made i.e., improvements to processes, role clarity improvements etc.
- Support Iteratively delivery on various Ways of Working improvements that they design for the organization.
- Operate as an internal consultant to build relationships across the organization to gain deep understanding of stakeholder needs and collaboratively design problem solving engagements.
- Exhibit a deep passion for continuous learning and provide knowledge gained throughout the entire organization, beyond the team and line of business.
- Facilitate classes, workshops, and sharing events, as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 10 or more years of experience within an enterprise product or technology environment
- 5 or more years of experience in organizational design and enterprise agility practices
- 3 or more years of experience in product or technology transformation at scale (leading transformation for 25+ teams)
- Highly skilled facilitation and teaching capabilities to manage small (<10 people) to large (>40 people) workshops and/or trainings.

- Communicative and Social – Must be able to communicate well with teams, larger practitioner community and thought leaders internally and externally.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Certification in agile delivery frameworks (preferred), or agile coaching (preferred
- Significant experience working with organizational leadership and teams to change and adjust organizational design to promote self-organizing teams within an enterprise environment.
