Provide leadership for the ISC Finance COE in Puerto Rico, consisting of 10+ finance professionals, including coaching, mentorship, training.

Strong business partner with Integrated Supply Chain organization providing analysis of conversion cost, productivity as well as prepares and analyzes AOP/Forecast.

Support Digital Transformation strategies by helping identify and implement opportunities to leverage digital tools. Partner with the team to continue to drive process improvements, standardization and enhance Finance standard work.

Support adherence to internal controls/GAAP, support annual balance sheet review and partner with ISC to recommend process/policy improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Four plus years of experience in accounting, finance or business analysis

Experience with SAP

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, self-starter, promotes positive attitude

Strong personal computer skills in Microsoft Suite-particularly Excel
