While not all inclusive, responsibilities of this role include:

  • Strategic partner to VP, understanding priorities and managing leader’s time accordingly
  • Strong judgment and emotional intelligence skills to find the right balance between unstructured time, introspection and scheduled meetings
  • Understanding of organization strategy, structure and processes, in order to include relevant players in different meetings
  • Partner that helps create an environment of openness, trust & connection with people
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Plan domestic and complex international travel, including coordination with localfield team on trip’s agenda and briefing
  • Support travelers from international sites to the US
  • Maintaining manager’s expense statements, filing and organizing documents
  • Working with team to plan worldwide meetings and employee celebrations
  • Order recognition awards for organization and help with recognition ideas to strengthen employee morale
  • Providing support for organization on office supplies, phones and setup for new employees
  • Maintaining organization’s SharePoint sites, employee mailing lists and mail folders
  • Build and maintain organizational charts for the worldwide organization
  • Maintain space (offices and cubicles)
  • Assist with creating andediting PPT presentations for leaders as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • 5+ years of administrative experience, including supporting senior managers with global teams
  • Expertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), SharePoint and SAP

Preferred qualifications:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
