Yourexpertise in supply planning, inventory optimization, and data analysis willcontribute to the overall financial success of the Aerospace business unit.You will report directly to our CFO, Integrated Supply Chainin the Aerospace Technologies business and work out of our headquarters inPhoenix, AZ on a hybrid work arrangementIn this role, you will have a significant impact on theAerospace business unit by driving improvements in inventory management,optimizing working capital, and maximizing cash flow. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to reduce inventorylevels, improve inventory turns, and enhance forecasting accuracy.Additionally, you will be responsible for leveraging large supply / inventoryplanning data sets, synthesizing it into actionable insights, and presenting datain a visually appealing and informative manner for senior executives.
• Partner with Planning and Operations to develop andimplement strategies to optimize inventory levels and improve inventory turns
• Transform process to forecast and manage inventoryentitlement / results across sites, business groups and sales channels
• Synthesize inventory and planning data into actionableinsights and recommendations
• Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventoryand improve forecasting accuracy
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams toidentify and implement process improvements
• Present data in a visually compelling and informativemanner to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Monitor and report on key inventory metricsand performance indicators
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focuson inventory management
• Strong knowledge of inventory and supply planning data andtools
• Proven track record of driving improvements in inventorymanagement, SIOP and Supply Planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in dealing with large data sets andsynthesizing it into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relatedfield
• Experience in driving transformational improvements ininventory management
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in financial and operational analysis/ reporting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment
• Strong presentation skills and ability to present data ina visually appealing and informative manner
