As a Key Account Manager (m/f/*) for the Office Channel within the Consumer Business Group in Germany you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Negotiating annual agreements on prices and conditions and securing the commercial collaboration
Achieving the agreed annual financial targets and all customer related sales KPI’s for the designed customers
Tracking and analyzing the market and customer evolution and closely monitoring competition in order to formulate growth opportunities.
Ensuring perfect execution of all category and brand strategies at customer level
Handling the operational management of the assigned customers (follow up forecast, evaluation of promotions, analysis of sell in/out etc.)
Ensuring efficient communication with other departments such as Customer Service, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on sales and/or marketing
Experience in sales, and a successful experience in a KAM role in the Consumer Business environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in German and English languages
Job specifics:
- The sales territory for this role includes Germany and Luxemburg
- May include up to 20% international travel
- Work location: hybrid based in our office in Neuss or remote
