Minimum qualifications:

- 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting HR/People processes and policies.
- 5 years of experience with operational initiatives.
- Experience in local legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client management in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Transformation/HR Digitalization.
- Experience in human resources, people programs, or other people related roles.
- Experience in leading multiple priority projects in parallel and program managing projects.
- Experience with a data committed approach to selection making data analysis.
- Experience with Google sheets and AppsScript.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas.
