Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to liase with internal stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in HR (particularly People Consulting), people programs, or other large scale people related roles.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
Ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
