Responsibilities
  • Customer & Market Insights: Inform the product roadmap and GTM planning by collecting market and client insights specifically for Bill Pay.
  • Collaboration with the other team leads to building connections within the QuickBooks Money portfolio, with a focus on Bill Pay.
  • Multi-Channel Demand: Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to generate consideration and demand across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events for Bill Pay.
  • Lead content strategy and content creation to enable demand generation for Bill Pay.
  • Nurture Customer Relationships: Provide valuable content, develop webinars and participate in events to build and nurture relationships with customers over time for Bill Pay.
  • Collaborate and Plan: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and objectives for Bill Pay.
  • Lead a team of product marketers by setting clear vision, building a high-performance culture, and driving winning results.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of business experience in product and/or sales marketing within SaaS/Technology companies, preferably FinTech, with experience in payments or financial operations solutions like bill pay.
  • B2B Marketing Craft Expertise: Proven experience helping sales organizations reach goals by building both DemandGen and LeadGen programs, designing and executing customer content strategies as well as Account Based Marketing for enterprise-level accounts, ideally for financial or bill pay solutions.
  • Customer Obsessed: Leads with customer inquiry, obsessively seeks new insights that help shape and drive our product roadmap, and advocates internally and externally on behalf of our customers.
  • Strategic and Analytical: Experience with both qualitative and quantitative customer research. Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources and distill into clear, concise recommendations for an executive audience. Proven ability to leverage data to measure marketing performance, inform growth opportunities and business case development.
  • Tech-Forward: Unabashed at seeking efficiency by testing and deploying the latest technology.
  • Compelling Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communications, with an adaptable voice to communicate externally and engage with our growing business accounts.

  • BA/BA required or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred.
