Who You AreYou enjoy troubleshooting issues for Enterprise and Service Provider (SP) customers. You also have experience deploying and troubleshooting PnP (plug and play), APIC-EM (Application Policy Infrastructure Controller Enterprise Module), or similar NMS (Network Management System). Network design and/or deployment experience is also a big plus.
As a Technical Consulting Engineer, you have:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology-related field of study (preferably with a network engineering/computer science).
- You are certified in Cisco technologies
- You have at least 3+ years of Customer Support Experience
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware (Modern Enterprise Networks).
- You are knowledgeable in Linux, Virtualization, VPN, or Security technologies.
- Understanding of Cloud technologies such as AWS, AZURE
- Basic Understanding of IPSec, TLS, and DTLS
- LAN and WAN production environment experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Stress-resistant, ability to work under pressure, and good prioritizing skills.
- Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
- Understanding of X.509 Certificates usage workflow.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internal resources and apply that knowledge in real-world situations.
- Skills to work independently as well as in a very diverse team environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products.

- You possess a CCIE (Wireless / Routing & Switching / Service Provider)
- You have knowledge and experience in Protocols: VRRP and TCP
- You're experienced with Viptela
- You have Database fundamentals (Neo4j, Orient DB)
- You have experience in the following platforms: Variants of ISR routers, vEdge, cEdge, vManage, and Catalyst family
