RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Lead the technical support teams and stakeholders assigned to the Honeywell A360 (Assurance 360) contract to achieve the outcomes agreed.
•Responsible to provide the day-to-day activities such as: supervision of technical team, drive system improvements and modifications, and manage maintenance resources to meet lead times and key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined in the A360 contract.
•Scope of responsibilities include: improve the customer relationship, compliance to program schedule milestones, develop cost estimation, Risk and Opportunities analysis, and development of metrics reports (KPIs) to guarantee performance and validate business outcomes based on the A360 contract terms. This includes communication and execution as per the Contract Execution Plan. Manage Change with the customer.
•Help resolve incidents and troubleshoot problems (including escalation process for the customer).
•Participate in all pre-outage planning meetings and support all On-Process Migrations (OPM’s).
•Review and advise the site on all project activities affecting the control system.
•Ensure documentation is updated in a timely and accurate manner.
•Communicate training needs that would improve system performance or reliability.
•Coordinate third party underpinning contracts to ensure cost effective, appropriate quality and timely performance.
•Be a change agent - influence, consult, and lead efforts for sharing and standardizing of best practices and processes within Honeywell and the customer.
