  • Proven experience with HR and digital signature systems (Workday, ServiceNow, SilkRoad, DocuSign etc).
  • Knowledge of employment law and complexities across different countries.
  • Extensive experience in team management, coaching, and mentoring, supporting both business transformation and personal development.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, able to effectively convey complex ideas to senior leadership and stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • Customer orientated, focusing on quality and coaching your team for continuous improvement.
  • Critical thinker with a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues.
  • Strategic problem solver with demonstrated ability to envision the future state of the business and synthesise insights into concrete, actionable strategies and plans.
