Wake up for this:
- Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to in depth interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and manage candidate pools by identifying and approaching active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to include professional networking, direct sourcing, employee referral programs, and social media to focus on a diverse pool of talent.
- Participates in HR related projects and/or performs other tasks as required.
- Think outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources and optimize our processes.
Requirements- 3+ years of recruiting experience for a startup, tech, or SaaS organization.
- Have 2+ years of experience recruiting for Sales teams.
- Proven track record of success owning the entire recruiting process.
- Proficiency in working with various sourcing tools and methodologies to identify and attract top talents.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- This position has a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 and is for the period of a maternity leave. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York.
