About the Role

- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----

1. Conduct pre-build site surveys and airspace analysis to create heatmaps and detailed site plans for both greenfield and brownfield deployments.
2. Develop novel solutions for infrastructure deployments in unique operating environments
3. Drive all lifecycle areas of infrastructure ( design, deploy, operate, iterate )
4. Develop automation and software tooling to drive infrastructure efficiency at scale
5. Provide operational support for autonomous vehicle platforms, end users, IoT devices, and infrastructure components, as well as participate in on-call rotations.
6. Establish observability & performance metrics for client experience and define SLI/SLOs
7. Partner with 3rd party Autonomos Vehicle companies to develop next-gen connectivity and data offload solutions to meet a dynamic operational landscape.

- - - - Basic Qualifications ----

1. 3+ years of relevant experience in designing, building, and/or operating network infrastructure.

- - - - Preferred Qualifications ----

1. Experience deploying and optimizing WiFi and other wireless technologies & vendor platforms
2. You are passionate about leveraging software innovations to automate network management, improve network observability, and remediate problems
3. Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
4. A relentless desire to build each network better than the last. Treat networking, operational efficiency, and automation as sciences with room for artful breakthroughs
5. Great interpersonal skills, deep technical ability, and open-mindedness to discuss various technical approaches to drive consensus across stakeholders.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$185,500 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$185,500 per year.

For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$185,500 per year.

For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$185,500 per year.
