Description
The Special Projects Editor spearheads the ideation, pitching, planning, and execution of pivotal global initiatives, including WWDC, the App Store Awards, and new product launches, as well as cultural moments like Women’s History Month, Earth Day, and Pride. These are among our most highly visible campaigns — internally and externally— and they are key to driving the App Store’s Editorial goal to deliver a world-class user experience.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience building and leading editorial plans for large campaigns from ideation to launch.
  • 5+ years experience managing all stages of a daily digital content production cycle.
  • 5+ years of related work experience in digital, UX, or creative production.
  • High-level ability to articulate, present, and collaborate on comprehensive content and programming plans with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Creative, collaborative, and resourceful.
  • Deep experience with content management systems and tools, and internal and external media asset workflows across copy, art, and video.
  • Ability to manage timelines and work effectively with different teams under strict deadlines.
  • Deep passion for the Apple brand, Apple products, and mobile technology.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
