- 8+ years of experience leading data modelling
- Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
- Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes, systems/tools, and data analytic
- Strong communication skills to communicate complex data model with simplicity

- MBA or Mathematics from top tier school
- Experience in e-Commerce and/or in a hi-tech B2B sales organization
- Experience in inventing and delivering efficiency solutions in startup environments
