You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging position with significant impact on the future of the cloud. - Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with product definition, financial metrics and customer-facing experience
- Experience managing cross-functional organizations and external design partners
- 5+ years of experience across board and system level development across full product life cycles
- 5+years of experience in the storage hardware industry
- 5+ years of experience building and managing high performance platform and/or infrastructure engineering teams
- Excellent written communication and verbal skills
