As a
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the analytics strategy and book of work for deepening marketing campaigns including regular campaign performance measurement, unstructured ad hoc analysis of customer behavior, experimental reads, and profitability analysis.
- Consult on experimental design, data collection, and develop new strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and other Data & Analytics teams
- Interpret results and present to stakeholders and senior management including CMO and
- Lead innovation projects to drive more advanced analytics
- Recruit and train talented data professionals from diverse backgrounds and maintain an inclusive team environment across CB Marketing Analytics and CB Test Design teams
- Maintain a rigorous controls environment to ensure accurate and timely results
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related fields)
- 3+ years of experience in applying statistical methods to real world problems
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and at least one of the following analytical tools: SAS, Python, R
- Experience with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture Insight/Visual Sciences, Webtrends, CoreMetrics, etc.)
- Superior written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Marketing analytics experience preferred
- Tableau preferred
