- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience in project management, change management, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
- 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, technical program management, supply chain management, business analytics, or a similar role (for hardware infrastructure, particularly for compute, storage, networking, or specialized accelerators (GPUs, TPUs).
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python (with libraries like pandas, NumPy, SciPy), R, or advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Experience working with datasets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio).
- Understanding of Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI) concepts, workloads (training and inference) and their implications for infrastructure.
