Job Description

Responsibilities
Produce management reports (monthly, quarterly, weekly, ad hoc) such as monthly achievements, business partner packs and entity/governance reporting decks.
Managing the APAC Financial Management portfolio (e.g. Forecasting, Profit & Loss Analysis, Cost Allocations) with the aim of achieving desired business goals.
Partnering with Human Resource Business Partner, Workforce Manager and Hiring Manager to facilitate Talent Management related activities and ensuring the business is staffed adequately to provide sustainable support to operation.
Collaborating with in-house Technology Partners, Automation Lead and internal stakeholders to review internal business processes and implement solutions to achieve business efficiency.
Coordinating with global and regional Employee Engagement Champions to drive engagement activities to increase employee satisfaction and making Bank of America a great place to work.
General administrative support including reviewing building access requests, occupancy management, preparing meeting minutes, supporting the organization with senior executive visits, meetings, conferences and other events.
Required Skills
Relevant work experience in the financial and investment industryand/or experience in a business support role(e.g. Business/Project Management, Risk & Control, Finance, Trade Operations, Reference Data, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and is confident to engage with stakeholders across all levels
Detail-oriented, ensuring timely completion and delivery of assigned tasks and projects
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity with working confidential information
Advanced Excel (Visual Basic, Formula) skills to automate simple operational processes.
Advantageous to have skillsets in utilizing automation/data analytics tools (e.g. Python, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
