Your impact

In support of our fast-paced, high-growth environment key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading recruitment process for assigned business group, including JD refinement, req creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and preparing candidates for pre-boarding.
  • Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, projects, pursuits, and market trends.
  • Leading strategy calls with key stakeholders to influence and drive the recruiting process by understanding and reporting on recruitment metrics and trends to measure performance of the recruiting strategy.
  • Facilitating a smooth recruitment process; continually calibrating and communicating status updates with leadership, hiring managers, TA support teams, peers, candidates and adjusting your approach in real-time when needed.
  • Ensuring timely updates to requisition and candidates are completed in the ATS.
  • Support DEI initiatives with intentional recruiting practices aimed at fostering a diverse workforce.
  • Ensuring candidates have positive experience regardless of outcome
Here's what you'll need
  • Minimum 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experince and 2 years of Buildings Program/Project Management and Construction Management recruiting experience
  • Experience interfacing with all levels of leadership and staff in a corporate environment
  • Experience with recruiting metrics, reports and presenting information to drive hiring goals
  • Strong communication, relationship building, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail with ability to self-check
  • Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the US
  • Proficient with MS Office software tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experince with implementing creative sourcing strategies
  • Ability to work Eastern time business hours

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Experience with Avature
  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)
