As a Partner Advisor and Scale Partner Account Manager (PAM Scale), you will play a key role in developing and managing a portfolio of high-potential partners within the Salesforce Ecosystem in the Nordics. You will support partners on their growth journey by driving engagement, enablement, and go-to-market (GTM) activation at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage structured partner plans, ensuring scalable engagement across the Nordic region.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce GTM motions, including AI, Data Cloud, and industry-specific plays.
- Lead and execute partner enablement programs, including certification and learning initiatives.
- Implement a Partner Success Framework to support partner self-service and enablement.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and demand generation through structured engagement and marketing initiatives.
- Develop automated engagement models to streamline partner communications, enablement, and activation.
- Collaborate with regional and country-specific partner marketing teams to optimize engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills- Experience in partner management, sales, or business development in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives proactively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder leadership skills.
- Analytical approach with proficiency in supervising partner performance and enablement impact.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce technology and cloud-based solutions is highly beneficial.
