In this role, you will:
- Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
- Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services
- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines
- Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
- Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
- Serve as an adept advisor to leadership
- Display an agile mindset to adapt to changing customer needs, business strategies, and technology environments to deliver in a way that meets the demands of the current and future marketplace
- Embrace innovation, collaboration, and experimentation to uncover new and unique opportunities for product advancement

- Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
- Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Agile experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Product Owner experience using a scaled framework such as LeSS
- Demonstrated practice of servant leadership
- Experience with Jira
- Self-motivated, problem solver who manages work requests to meet performance expectations
- Financial Services experience, ideally in credit cards
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Background in leading through transformation
- Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
- Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
- Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
