As a Senior Product Designer ICyou will craft user-centered, innovative design solutions that enhance both the emotional and functional aspects of enterprise products. This role focuses on delivering seamless end-to-endAI Agentic user. You will collaborate across teams to define, develop, and refine product features, communicate compelling product narratives, and mentor product designers to deliver exceptional design outcomes.

Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND10+post degree full-timeyears’ experienceworking in product or service design

• master’s degree in industrial design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND8+year’spost degree full timeexperienceworking in product or service design

• OR equivalent experience (e.g.,demonstratedexperience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)

to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Design Leadership:Provides guidance to the team of product designers. Ensures full understanding of the original design and vision, and links toestablishedproblem and/or goal. Influences those outside of design.

• Experience Vision:Envision the future AI vision of the product, aligned with user needs, businessobjectives, and technical requirements, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
