Senior Product Designer to join our Security AI design team. In this role, you will help shape the future of AI-powered security experiences at Microsoft by designing intuitive, human-centered solutions that empower users to protect and manage their digital environments with confidence.
As a key contributor,collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life—from early concept through final implementation.apply yourin enterprise product design and your understanding of AI technologies to craft elegant, scalable solutions that meet the complex needs of our customers.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, brings interaction and visual design skills, and is excited to work on high-impact challenges in the security space.comfortable navigating cross-functional collaboration, advocating for the user, and delivering thoughtful, data-informed design solutions.
You should be able to conceptualize the big picture, have a clear understanding of Enterprise Security,and its capabilities, and thrive on solving complex challenges—from information architecture to interaction design to high-fidelity execution. You should have a proven record of innovative and strategic thinking, a historyof using design to drivenew ideas.In this role, you will work with other designers, product managers, and engineers to create forward thinking designs that are driven by user scenarios and meet business goals. You willdesign patterns, refine scenarios, place designs into user context, and create interactions that align to those requirements. You will need to show attention to detail and passion in the work you produce.

Preferred Qualifications:
Product Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
