This job isand onsite work of up to four days per week will be required for candidates from Dearborn, MI location.
What you'll do...Role responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading products and services that maximize value and productivity, aligning with Salesforce Sales, Salesforce Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud design principles.
• Maintain a balance between internal developer/operations desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility while delivering platform enhancements.
• Engage continuously and work closely with other Salesforce development teams, Ford internal teams, security engineers, operations personnel, Product Line/Product Managers, Anchors, and Business Partners.
• Work hands-on with Platform team and stakeholders to deliver software and process improvements that create excellent developer and operational experiences.
• Collaborate with CRM product teams and interfacing IT teams (security, infrastructure, etc.) to define specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria for platform deliverables and integrations.
• Ensure cohesive platform design and adherence to internal standards, promoting best practices across development teams.
• Focus on delivering value through code efficiency and quality implementations
• Champion DevSecOps best practices and drive adoption of platform tools and processes across development teams.
• Mentor and train other product team members on platform capabilities and DevSecOps practices as needed.
• Help innovate using AI capabilities with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales cloud and Data cloud.
• Adherence to agile best practices including use of Scaled Agile Framework and Kanban methodologies.
