Experience managing teams and driving a joint roadmap with cross-functional partners.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in strategy or user experience focused roles, with experience building on user insights to develop product strategy.
Experience driving change across organizational boundaries through deep collaboration, compelling communication and leading through influence.
Ability to build cross-functional relationships with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Global Affairs, and Marketing leaders.
Ability to lead teams distributed across multiple sites and geographies with strong attention to detail and continuous learning.
Ability to build, retain, and grow diverse, geographically dispersed, high-performing teams.
