Were seeking a Program Manager - Buildings, to manage a Los Angeles based client. You’ll be leading a multidiscipline team of peer employees and consultants to complete tasks within established schedules, budgets, using a variety of delivery models including but no limited to Design Bid Build, Design Assist and Progressive Design Build, as well as utilizing your experience to execute project strategies. You will be responsible for overall project delivery on multiple project assignments (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts). You’ll play an integral role in engaging between project client, Architect of Record, General Contractor, among others. Your leadership skills is a key responsibility in fostering collaborative communications and relationships. In this role, you will manage project development experience from programming through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll also provide oversight and manage coordination of activities to mitigate risks, issues and ensure deliverables are met.
