Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in partner management, a partner-facing role within TV/media or internet, or similar.
5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports, managing and developing teams.
Experience working with spreadsheet analysis, public presentations, and data management.
Experience in business development, consulting on media or internet agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the online, video or media industry.
Experience engaging with government and regulatory agencies.
Experience in project management or ability to deliver across a variety of teams.
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management within Google and operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-moving, constantly-evolving team environment.
Ability to build, motivate and mentor teams, with effective operations and people management skills.
Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
