You'll be instrumental in:Regulatory Compliance Preparedness: As the landscape of regulations evolves, you'll be our liaison between the compliance team and platform developers. Your work will be pivotal in readiness initiatives, enabling Apple Gift Card to swiftly adapt to new requirements while maintaining our industry-leading standards.Thought Leadership in platform initiatives: Your insights and creativity will be invaluable as we explore new ideas and innovate in the digital gift card space, helping to craft the future of secure gifting and account management experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years proven experience in designing and implementing scalable platform solutions is essential.
- 5+ years in the payments or financial services industry, with proven experience working on Fraud, Legal, or Compliance initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fraud Prevention Acumen: A passion for fraud prevention and a solid understanding of payment fraud methodologies are essential. You should have experience in creating fraud detection systems and strategies.
- Collaboration: Closely collaborate with Legal, Fraud, Tax, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Business Development, and other teams across Apple
- Thought Leadership: A keen eye for detail, the ability to collaborate effectively, and the courage to challenge the status quo are equally meaningful.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with contacts internally and externally
- Confirmed experience working on sophisticated, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
