Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 7+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 9+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

1) Experience in industry like Data Center / Infrastructure / Power / Oil & Gas industry managing large capital projects with Contractors & Equipment supplier management.

3) 5+ years People management experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

The Sub-Regional DC Procurement Manager/Director establishes the development of multi-year sourcing strategies and protocols at scale for complex projects. Leads the integration of business specifications and sourcing strategies. Leads cross-functional contract negotiations across purchasing categories. Drives business impact by establishing functional standards and procurement performance expectations. Leads partnerships with global stakeholders and suppliers to identify systematic business threats and determine which sustainable elements, alternative solutions, and/or policy changes would optimally mitigate risks at scale moving forward. Negotiates strategic oversight for improving existing, or establishing new, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and/or defined milestones and deliverables, holds accountability and ownership with a company-wide perspective. Provides high-level negotiation and sets standards across organizations and company. Oversees and leads the pricing and negotiation strategies for the most complex and strategic purchasing categories, develops business groups for optimal cross-functional stakeholder support and business assurance, and broadly fosters internal and external partnerships to negotiate strategic decisions and produce deliverables. Drives the execution of strategies for business engagements between teams and corporate leadership to determine supply strategy at scale. Directs supplier activity and progress across the most complex and strategic accounts and purchasing categories. In addition, this role has people management responsibilities including driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance.

• Creates, maintains, and executes on procurement contracting strategies for multiple complex data center construction projects and/or purchasing opportunities to ensure optimal cost and sufficient continuity of supply and services.

• Drives Equipment localization and cost productivity projects for the projects in assigned Sub-region. Works across functionally with senior stakeholders and consults with other industry experts to inform strategy with a global view. Leverages end-to-end sourcing and procurement expertise and benchmark data to identify, revise, and influence the definition of business requirements, manage conflicting priorities and trade-offs, and resolve escalations to execute on contracting strategies and solutions.

• Actively partners with strategic sourcing and suppliers to identify and drive continuous improvement and risk management opportunities by evaluating procedural, operational, and/or environmental factors, analyzing root causes of issues, sharing insights with key stakeholders, and influencing the adoption of needed improvements.
