Program Overview

Financeearly career. As antwo one-year rotationsfocused on building leadership skills and business acumen while gaining exposure to the various Finance leadership and functions at Wells Fargo.of the program,will be equipped with the tools,and network necessary toand transition into their next role within the organization.

This role provides opportunities for:

• Ownership of key finance routinesfocused on developing coreskills and a working knowledge of the organization

• networkingand exposureto leadership and program alumni

• Strategic problem solving and collaboration with peers and leadership in Finance and the Line of Business

• Interaction with internal stakeholders such as Investor Relations

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of work experience, or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025– June 2026

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

• proficiencyin Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools

• Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement

• a bachelor’s degreein: Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, AppliedMath

• Demonstrated knowledge, interests and/orexperience in the financial services industry,corporate accounting,managing data and reporting, data visualization, and/or data analytics
