The Role:In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of product marketing professionals to deliver high-impact marketing strategies, content and marketing initiatives for SAP Business AI.
- Define and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for SAP’s AI-powered solutions, including positioning, messaging, narrative, core content and influence/participate in commercialization strategies and communications.
- Establish clear value propositions for Business AI portfolio, ensuring alignment across SAP’s solution areas and product teams. Be deeply curious about market competition to craft a differentiated positioning .
- Partner closely with Product Management to influence product development based on market insights, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Own SAP Business AI’s launch strategy , including product disclosure positioning, messaging frameworks, and integrated marketing campaigns to drive adoption and growth.
- Collaborate with SAP’s Corporate Marketing, Communications, and Field Marketing teams to activate AI messaging across all marketing channels including website, events, and campaigns, among others.
- Represent SAP as a thought leader in AI , engaging with customers, partners, analysts, and the broader industry to shape market perception and drive demand.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, enablement, and customer success to ensure strong execution of go-to-market plans.
- Measure and track business impact and market adoption , refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
Experience & Skills:- Proven experience leading Product Marketing teams, crafting compelling narratives, messaging and positioning for a complex product portfolio.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and enterprise software , with the ability to translate technical innovations into business value .
- Strong leadership experience , including direct people management, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Expertise in crafting clear, compelling, and differentiated content that resonates across B2B audiences and stands out in the market.
- Strong understanding of global markets , with the ability to adapt messaging for regional and industry-specific needs .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills , with experience engaging with executives, analysts, and high-profile industry stakeholders .
- Ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and sales teams , driving consistency and impact.
- Data-driven mindset , leveraging customer insights and market research to refine and validate messaging strategies.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or related roles in enterprise software, with a strong preference for AI/ML technologies.
- 5+ years of people management experience , leading and developing marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
