Sales & Marketing Executive Assistant
Job DescriptionAs the Sales & Marketing Executive Assistant, you will partner with Executive Leaders in North America and perform high level administrative responsibilities in an exceedingly fast-paced organization! Bring your energy and enthusiasm!
Your role:
- Responsible for calendar management, coordination of meeting activities (e.g. compiling and creating presentations, taking meeting minutes, recording action items, etc.), arranging travel, preparing and reconciling expenses, planning internal and external meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Create purchase orders and Statement of Works (SOWs), and monitoring related invoices by using various tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Concur, etc.)
- Manage the new hire onboarding process for field team members
- Provide input and assistance as needed for Regional and National Sales Meetings
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant at the Senior Executive Level required
- Your skills include preferably working in a large global company with the ability to understand different time zones, currencies, work practices, schedules, and cultural differences
- Higher professional education is preferred
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You have the ability to prioritize multiple projects and job responsibilities with competing deadlines (organizational/time management skills)
- Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web tools, with willingness to learn new tools

he pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $35/hour to $56/hour.
