responsibilities could include, working with our privacy and engineering teams to provide compliance related subjectto support internally developed training and/or tool development, and engaging with our service counterparts (Office and Azure) on various compliance related initiatives.compliance and program management. This individual should be organized, self-motivated, have a strong attention to detail, and robust communication skills to help build and execute initiatives that ensure compliance in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

  • Bachelor’s degreeormaster’sdegree or
  • years of experienceauditingin alarge, globalcompanyforcompliance-relatedpolicies,controls,and regulations
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Hands on experience/proficiencyin using MS Office apps like MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to successfully collaborate, drive clarity, and ensure communication between stakeholders.

Preferred, not:

  • working at a consulting/public accounting firm conductingexternal audits oralegal backgroundresponding to inquiries
  • Experience in datacentercomplianceand right to audit
  • Experience working in amultinational public company
  • Ability to communicate business in German

:

  • Develop customer facing material to help address commonly asked questions
  • prior tocustomer consumption
  • Work with engineering team to automate the evidence redaction program
  • Add, update, and periodically reviewstandardresponses CO+I provides to the Office/Azure Tier I support team
  • representCO+I on what domains and scope will be covered during customer audits
  • Brainstorm and ideate proactive strategies supporting R2A as the program expands and look for scalable and efficient R2A solutions
