As a software development engineer on the DataSync team, you will be a key contributor to the future direction and growth of the service. You will be part of a team of highly productive and action-oriented professionals and help architect and implement the next set of features and functionality. You will investigate operational issues, resolve customer challenges and help maintain and enhance the operational excellence that creates loyal AWS customers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
