Serve as a trusted expert to the HR team in Israel, partnering closely on strategic and day-to-day employment matters, including hiring, terminations, workplace policies, employee relations and dispute resolution
Anticipate and navigate legal risks and opportunities related to employment practices, supporting agile business decisions while ensuring compliance and alignment with CyberArk’s values
Provide legal support for global compensation and benefits, including the development of innovative incentive structures, executive compensation, and equity based compensation plans
Support executive-level compensation matters and contribute to the preparation of compensation committee materials, in collaboration with the Corporate Legal team
Support the design, implementation, and governance of equity-based compensation programs, including tax and regulatory implications across multiple jurisdictions
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Compliance, and other legal colleagues to shape and promote best practices in employment law, HR compliance, and compensation matters
Oversee HR procurement processes, including negotiation of vendor agreements related to HR services and employee wellbeing
Qualifications
LLB degree or foreign equivalent, and membership in the Israeli Bar
Mother-tongue level English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
At least 7 years of experience in employment law in a leading law firm and/or as in-house counsel, preferably in a public company.
Strong knowledge of Israeli employment law; experience with multi-jurisdictional employment matters – an advantage.
Experience advising on compensation and benefits matters, including equity-based programs and executive compensation.
A creative and pragmatic team player, with strong business mindset, who quickly establishes “trusted advisor” relationships through strong interpersonal skills, to drive strategic legal and business initiatives.
Tech-savvy and analytically minded, comfortable working with data and compensation metrics to support clear decision-making
