You'll be working in a global employment team, focusing on employment law issues in EMEA region, reporting into the Director of Employment Legal.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized employment legal advice and support across the EMEA region.
• Developing and updating employment policies, procedures and documentation.
• Provide expert advice and counsel ondisciplinary/grievanceprocesses and restructuring.
• Identify issues and recommend best practices, leveraging industry knowledge and legal expertise to guide decision-making.
• Manage legal risks and safeguard PayPal's legal interests, developing strategies to address emerging legal challenges.
• Represent PayPal in litigation and other legal proceedings, collaborating with external counsel and managing case strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience and a Juris doctorate or equivalent degree
