Provide legal support oncorporate governance matters, includingreview andpreparationof materialsfor PayPalHoldings, Inc.board and committee meetings,and reviewing andmaintainingcorporategovernance documents,policiesand guidelines
Provide legal support onpublicdisclosures (e.g.,earnings releases, investor relationspresentations)and stockholder engagement
,trackand advise on potential impactsof new and proposedlegal and regulatory requirements with respect to securities andcorporate governancemattersandrelatedtrendsandbest practices(includingbenchmarkingof peer practices)

Provide legal support forFinance/treasury activities, including capital market transactions, credit facilities, parent company guarantees, and stock buyback programs

Investor Relations, Finance, Treasury,regional Corporate Secretaries, Global Entity Management, Compliance,Communications,Corporate Sustainability & Impact,Tax and Human Resources functions) on various other applicable projects
Job Requirements:
JD degree with excellent academic credentials
+years ofexpertiseinsecuritieslaw(’33 and ’34 Act),SEC reporting mattersandcorporate governancewith at least5years at a top-tier law firmor equivalent in-house experience
Strong experience inU.S.and internationalsubsidiary management
experience intreasury matters, includingcapital marketstransactions,banking relationships,parent guarantees,andstock
Strong working knowledge ofproductivity,collaboration,workflow and project management toolsincludingTeams, SharePoint,Word,PowerPoint,Excel,Workiva/Wdesk,andSmart
Flexibility and creativity in dealing with complex legal issu
Excellent interpersonal, written,and oral communications skills
Well organized and hard-working, with the ability tothrive in a fast-paced work environment andmanagenumerousprojects simultaneously under deadline pressure

The US national annual pay range for this role is $188,000 to $323,950
