Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience with device management concepts, such as Application programming interface (API) and marketplace integrations for collaboration suites, migration or change management, or no-code and workflow automation services.
Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supporting or selling to U.S. Federal agencies.
Experience with on-premise and cloud-based productivity and collaboration solutions (e.g., chat, mail, video conferencing).
Experience in device and user management concepts such as MDM, Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, SSO, provisioning, security and compliance and third-party tools.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, especially FedRAMP or FISMA.
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally at C-level within prospect companies.
